Got a collage that looked right in the preview but not in the download, or a layout you keep wishing was there? Drop us an email. We don’t use contact forms or support tickets; your message goes straight to the people who build the editor.

Things worth emailing about

• Problems. Mention your browser and phone or computer, the template and format (Story 9:16, Post 4:5 and so on), how many photos and clips were in it, and what happened. Stuck exports, missing sound and cells that won’t reframe are all useful to hear about. Please describe your pictures instead of sending them; we don’t need anyone’s family photos to find a bug.
• Template and feature ideas. A grid shape, an occasion, a text style or a timing option you would use, or a guide you looked for and didn’t find.
• Press. We’re glad to talk about how a whole collage is drawn and encoded inside a browser tab, with nothing uploaded.
• Privacy requests. Your photos, videos, music and projects stay in your browser, so we hold very little. For anything described on the privacy page, such as the visit statistics, write to the same address.

How quickly we reply

collage.video is a small independent project, so there’s no fixed reply time. We read everything and answer as soon as we can; bug reports with clear steps tend to get fixed fastest.
